Attend the official Congress Welcome Reception
Monday 28th May
12.00-17.45: Escorted coach-based tour of Edinburgh, including historical ‘Old Town’, Georgian ‘New Town’, Royal Botanical Gardens and tour of Palace of Holyrood House. Includes two course lunch and coffee.

Tuesday 29th May

- Glamis Castle & St Andrews (including walking tour and entrance to St Andrews Castle and Cathedral
or
- Tour of Trossachs countryside, cruise on Loch Katrine and entrance to Stirling Castle.
19.30-12.00. Attendance at Congress Dinner.
Wednesday 30th May
No official Partner’s Programme activity, but option to join delegates on one of four Industry Interaction tours (separate cost).
The above programme, excluding the optional evening excursions and Industry Interaction tours, costs £286 including VAT and can be booked as part of the overall booking process on this website.
Please note that some activities have minimum number requirements in order to allow them to proceed. Some also have maximum number limits so you are advised to book early to avoid disappointment.
Children may also be booked on either the Partner’s Programme or as Accompanying Persons (see below).
Accompanying persons
If you would prefer to plan your own itinerary while in Edinburgh, but wish to attend the Congress Welcome Reception, Congress Dinner and have the option to join evening excursions and an industry interaction tour, then you can book as an Accompanying person using the booking process on this website. This option is available at £116.
